The goods
Cove & Timber Goods LLC sells consumer retail merchandise consisting of casual everyday textile apparel, hand-crafted scented wax candles and room fragrance diffusers, nature-inspired decorative craft items, personal grooming preparations for hair and beard maintenance, and companion animal wear including leashes, collars, and harnesses. Product listings detail what is enclosed, the weight or volume, and the material build. Imagery is illustrative; natural timber grain, fabric weave, or bottle packaging may show subtle variations.
Ordering and contract
Your purchase is submitted once checkout finishes. We send an acknowledgement by email, and our binding contract forms when your parcel leaves our workshop. We reserve the right to decline an order if shelf stock runs dry or address details fail validation, in which case we return any collected funds promptly.
Prices and payment
All prices are quoted in USD and are listed in USD. Applicable sales taxes and shipping fees appear on your cart summary. Shipping fees appear on your summary before checkout. Accepted payment routes: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. Should an obvious pricing error appear on the shelf, we may correct it prior to dispatch and invite you to confirm or cancel.
Delivery
Shipping choices, travel times, and postal fees are detailed on our Delivery & Payment page. Responsibility for the goods transfers to your hands upon courier handover.
Product images and colors
All studio photography captures real items from our shelves. What appears on your monitor hinges on panel calibration, ambient lighting, and browser settings; slight variances in fabric dye, wax tone, or leather shade are natural qualities rather than defects, and do not entitle orders to free returns or credits. Dimensions, ingredients, and textile specs are documented on every listing.
Transfer of risk
Our team remains accountable for your parcel until the courier places it into your hands or with your designated recipient. At that handover, risk of loss or transit harm transfers to you. Should you notice exterior package damage upon arrival, record it with the driver and notify our workshop within 48 hours.
Returns and warranty
You are welcome to return items within 30 days of arrival as set out on our Returns page. Goods supplied by Cove & Timber Goods LLC carry a standard 30-day statutory limited warranty covering manufacturing structural defects in material workmanship under standard domestic usage. This limited warranty explicitly excludes routine cosmetic wear, fabric piling, damage from improper laundering, thermal heat damage to wax products, pet chewing or pulling abrasion, and personal cosmetic reactions resulting from individual ingredient sensitivities.

Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the aggregate cumulative liability of Cove & Timber Goods LLC for any claim arising out of or related to an order shall not exceed the lesser of $100.00 or the total monetary sum paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim. Nothing within these shop rules limits liabilities that mandatory consumer statutes do not permit us to waive.
Age and use
You must be at least 18 years of age to order from our workshop. Grooming formulas and candles must be used according to their jar labels; they do not replace medical guidance.
