Each order is inspected and dispatched from our fulfillment facility to ensure your parcel reaches your domestic address promptly.

Delivery estimates count working days from when packages leave our bench. Outlying addresses may require 1-2 extra days.
Order processing
Orders made prior to 14:30 on a business day ship that afternoon. Requests placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or during holidays head out the following working day. We send an email with your order number as soon as checkout finishes.
Our warehouse team packs items in heavy-duty corrugated cartons cushioned with biodegradable paper and impact-resistant padding. Hand-poured candles and glass fragrance diffusers receive individual corrugated sleeves, beard oils and cosmetic grooming bottles carry tamper-evident shrink bands, and dog accessories alongside apparel are placed in moisture-barrier poly enclosures to prevent environmental exposure during transport.
Tracking your parcel
Once your parcel is transferred to the carrier, an automated shipping confirmation containing your tracking identifier is dispatched via email or SMS text message, allowing you to trace delivery milestones directly on the carrier portal.
Lost or delayed parcel
If your parcel shows zero movement for 5 business days, reach out to [email protected] with your order number. We lodge an inquiry with the carrier and either craft a replacement or issue a full refund, per your call, within 10 business days of your message.
Damaged on arrival
If an item arrives damaged or broken in transit, retain the shipping box, outer label, and internal packing materials. Send clear photographs of the damage alongside your order number to [email protected] within 48 hours of carrier drop-off so our team can arrange a replacement or credit.
Payment methods
We support Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We will never ask for your card data or banking logins over the phone or by email.
Delivery outside United States
We dispatch parcels to selected countries. Freight charges and transit schedules for each destination appear at checkout before you submit payment. Any applicable customs duties are handled by the recipient upon arrival.
