Choose

Selecting your pieces. We list every raw material, measure, and practical detail on each page. Look through the notes, check customer feedback, and place your items in the basket.

Order

Arranging payment. Settle by cash when the parcel arrives or through a bank transfer. A receipt with your order number heads to your inbox immediately.

Dispatch

Packing at the bench. Orders completed prior to the daily cutoff leave our shop the same business day, carefully wrapped and passed to an insured courier with full tracking.

Use and return

Putting items to use. Put the piece into your daily routine. If it falls short of what you needed, send it back within 30 days under our listed return terms.

Standards we hold at the bench

Raw and Renewable MaterialsWe select unbleached duck canvas, pure domestic soy wax, cold-pressed jojoba, and full-grain vegetable-tanned bridle leather without synthetic petroleum fillers.
Bench-Made ConstructionFrom hand-poured candle jars to hand-beveled leather edges with solid brass rivets, our goods are built to withstand everyday wear and utility.
Individual Bench InspectionEvery garment stitch, candle wick alignment, and dog leash clasp is examined manually before we box and seal the parcel.
Protective Workshop DispatchOrders are packed securely in corrugated kraft boxes using unbleached crinkle paper, dispatched directly from our Portland workshop.

Common questions

What payment methods do you accept at checkout?

We accept cash on delivery and direct bank transfer. If you choose bank transfer, our account details appear on the order confirmation screen, and we prepare your goods once the transfer clears. If you select cash on delivery, you settle directly with the courier at your doorstep.

When will my order ship from Portland?

Orders placed before 14:30 on business days are packed and dispatched from our workshop the same afternoon. Orders placed after 14:30 or over the weekend go out on the following business day. Tracking details are sent directly to your email as soon as the label is created.

What is your return policy if an item does not suit me?

We accept returns within thirty days of delivery for any unused item kept in its original packaging. Contact our Portland workshop team with your order number, and we will provide return instructions. Once inspected at our bench, we issue your refund via bank transfer.
